Instant Appraisal is a proprietary calculator that helps Permanent Equity understand a company, assess risks, and ultimately arrive at a valuation range. It is available below as an open source tool to help you gain insight on how a buyer like us considers a potential investment.

Instant Appraisal uses risk-weighted inputs about a company to provide a valuation range. It will be most useful for companies with $2 million to $25 million in net owner earnings. Once you click “Calculate,” the outcome is a valuation range.
This tool does not replace discussions. Structuring a deal is about far more than what can be put into a spreadsheet. But it's a start for aligning expectations and initiating productive conversations.
