In what ways am I currently empowering my team to develop critical thinking skills and make decisions independently?
Do I actively encourage questions, discussions, and the exploration of different perspectives within the organization to nurture a culture of independent thinking?
Have I communicated the value and importance of teaching how to think rather than simply telling what to do, and do I lead by example in this regard?
